Metasensically, this doesn't work. Common sense tells us that we need to be motivated to perform well, but nothing outside ourselves works for long. Pay people more money, and yes, they'll be motivated for a little while, until they want yet more. Give people plum projects, enthusiastic teammates, state-of-the-art equipment, more freedom...you name it, and it will likely "motivate" them for a while, but eventually, the thrill of whatever was new, bigger or better doesn't last.
Instead, the metasensical way to motivation involves revving up the energy system of the person who needs motivating. How is that done? By getting THEM--not you--to describe, in detail, the result they hope to, need to or are expected to achieve. You want them to be able to articulate what the outcome will look, sound, feel and even smell and "taste" like (as if a moment had a flavor, unless there's food in the picture). As they're doing this, watch their face and body language, and check for signs that they're comfortable and happy about what they're describing. If they're smiling and seem relaxed, chances are good that their sixth sense is in harmony with what they're envisioning. If this is true, then they are not only likely to have little or no resistance to going after it on the physical plane; they will also be gathering energy momentum in the quantum field that surrounds us, and the things and people they need will appear at the right places and times.
Motivation can't be something we do to or for others. Motivational energy comes through us, not to us. Circumstances will align with what we want after we visualize the outcome, not before. Then, motivation is sustained by the surprise and delight of having what is wanted and needed materialize at the right place and time.
